全自動粘箱（xiāng）機

整機性（xìng）能特點：
  QZX型（xíng）全自動粘箱機，由供紙部、塗膠折疊（dié）部和計數堆積部三個部分組成，數顯調速、PLC電腦調幅、雙變（biàn）頻同步運轉，具有簡便快捷可靠精準的操控模式，自動供紙、自動塗膠折疊、自動計數、自動堆碼輸出，平均粘箱速度150米/分鍾，最高速度220張/分鍾（zhōng），高（gāo）效節能環保是我們至高的追求。

送紙部：
1.吸風進紙能更好的適應彎曲紙板；
2.高（gāo）檔電磁離合，使送紙（zhǐ）部可單獨控製，操作簡便可靠；
3.結構簡單可靠的電動膠量可控製裝（zhuāng）置，清洗方便；不鏽鋼塗膠輪，塗膠均勻，節省膠量。

計數堆積輸出部：
1.計數堆碼原理簡單可靠。
2.采（cǎi）用數字控製（zhì），操作簡單可靠，不停機輸入數（shù）據，自動計數，準（zhǔn）確輸出。
3.具有糾偏功能（néng），操作可靠，計數推出采用氣動方式，動作準確，快速。

塗膠折疊部：
1.必采用進口耐磨橡膠皮帶輸送紙板，使用更長久；
2.紙板矯正裝置和（hé）壓線矯正裝置，壓線（xiàn）輪可調，適合紙（zhǐ）板厚度2-8mm;
3.二次壓痕機構，可對壓痕質量不佳的紙板進行二次壓痕。
