送紙部功能：

2.用電子凸（tū）輪替代（dài）複雜的機械（xiè）凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸（zhóu）與電機軸采用同步帶連接，消除了送（sòng）紙輪工（gōng）作（zuò）中的所（suǒ）有間隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免紙（zhǐ）板左右（yòu）跑偏現象。

3.真（zhēn）空吸輔風量變頻調節；設置連續輸（shū）送和隔張送紙功能；設置上（shàng）吸塵除屑機（jī）構，並可自動進行風量調整。

印刷部功能：

2.操作部設置墨輥及墨泵啟、停功能；每色組設置急停保護開關。

3.網紋輥送紙（zhǐ）部聯動升降工作，著墨時同印版間隙電動調整；印版輥同走紙吸風箱壓力電動調整，並可以分（fèn）別調整（zhěng）風量設定（dìng）。

4.膠（jiāo）輥勻墨（mò）係統采用新型工藝（yì），在確保實地印刷同（tóng）時兼容六十線以上的高網點印刷。

5.可選配密封腔雙刮（guā）刀勻墨機構，采（cǎi）用整體型勻墨防滲柴置，避免工作時油墨外（wài）濫（làn）；其特殊割刀角（jiǎo）度讓勻墨（mò）轉移更理想（xiǎng），可輕鬆實現100線網點印刷，並可延長割刀（dāo）和（hé）網紋輥的使用壽命（mìng）。

6.印刷相位附電磁離合器製（zhì）動機構，機台分（fèn）離時可自（zì）動鎖住齒輪位置，防止印（yìn）版輥零位丟失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開關，可快速掛版（bǎn）、調整，方便換版和擦洗（xǐ）工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動按鈕調整雙係統操作，可完（wán）成開精箱高、相位、軸（zhóu）向移動調整。

2.配（pèi）置自鎖功（gōng）能預壓快調機構，保證了盤、軸之間長期精度，壓線時或緩（huǎn）了對紙板的破壞。

3.包裹了憂質聚氮脂的壓線（xiàn）上輪，保證了紙（zhǐ）板（bǎn）硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置同步聯動電動軸向移動，使上下壓線輪、上下開（kāi）槽刀盤（pán）、導向輪同步進行凋整；自潤（rùn）耐磨導向機構，保證了移位長期正確（què）和提高耐用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽輪（lún）軸選（xuǎn）用優（yōu）質合金鋼，經表麵研磨加工後鍍硬鉻處理；分別經過粗、精兩台動平衡設備上進行校正，保（bǎo）證找到最佳平衡點（diǎn）。

6.選用優質合金（jīn）鋼開槽刀，齒形刀刃寬度為7mm。

模切（qiē）部功能

2.采用獨特的內置差（chà）速補償裝（zhuāng）置，當優力（lì）膠墊外（wài）徑變化（huà）時，可以自動進行線速度補償，確保生產工件規格的一致性，並可增加優力膠墊（diàn）使用壽命。

3.當模切部開始工作時，模版輥自動提升至工作位置，優力膠墊輥進入自動位移工作狀（zhuàng）態；優力膠（jiāo）墊輥同模版輥差異化（huà）特速設計；裝置膠墊自動切削修複機構，可對優力膠進（jìn）行多次修複。

4.模版輥（gǔn）、膠墊輥均選用優質鋼材，先正火處理後進（jìn）行內外切削加工，經精磨加工鍍硬鉻（gè）處理，分別進行動平衡校（xiào）正。

5.按裝帶有防偏跑位的自動糾偏功能的清廢輸送裝置。

6.可選（xuǎn）用何（hé）服控製（zhì）線速度補償機構，能製作更高精度（dù）的橫切紙箱。
